We monitor construction for our clients as independent engineers or technical advisors to verify work is being carried out in compliance with the EPC contract, in line with the planned schedule and to an in-dustry-standard quality. We also perform inspections and provisional / final acceptance tests to control plant quality and setup and guarantee performance of PV solar plants.
Operations management is an essential element of every solar energy project. Cleanergetic can conduct periodic site inspections to ensure that the PV Plant is being maintained at an acceptable level. We can independently perform functional testing of the plant during plant operation.
- IR thermography (modules and electrical equipment)
- IV curve measurements
- Electroluminescence
- High and Medium Voltage Tests (Substations).
- Corrossion, Torque, etc.
- Grid Quality (Unbalance, Harmonics, Sags, etc.).
TESTING EQUIPMENT:
CREE Lab:
Cleanergetic Renewable & Energy Eficiency (CREE) Lab is a 2 000 m2 test area, equiped with 5 kWp solar power, 100 kWh battery storage, 15 kWac loads, datalogging and multiple connections.
This is an ideal area, not only to develop new solutions, but to test and reproduce failure modes, and components and systems performance under real operating conditions.
